Come with me on this journey and let’s talk for a bit: You see the turbulence of the wave illustrates what stress can do to the brain and us. The second set of waves presents the daily stressors we all experience and the need to balance them with calmness or action.

The angry, surging, and rolling waves show how fear and anxiety can destabilize causing short - or long - term control. Fight/Flight is an obvious result of danger. The second set of waves represents a normal day with manageable ups and downs : such as normal and positive stress that can build strength to deal with more challenging situations.

Pause and take a moment and think about a case of stress where the effects feel more like the first illustration of waves than the second. All of us may experience one or more common life stressors, such as unemployment, divorce, illness or the illness of a close loved one, death of a parent and/or child, financial reversal, a sibling with a mental illness, credit debt, and many others. All of these stressors have produced the following results, potentially even trauma.

Let me introduce myself and my qualifications. Straight out of high school in 2005, I started in Healthcare at St. Joseph Warren Hospital as a unit secretary on med surg. I thoroughly loved advocating for patients and their families. I assisted the charge nurse and other nursing and physician staff, answered phones, and maintained all medical records, scheduling/coordinator, administration support.

I have progressed into many new roles within the healthcare industry, and it has been an honor. I have pursued additional education to continue advocating and helping others. I absolutely love what I do. I have 20+ years in this field, and I will continue to work for others and ensure every patient receives the highest quality of care on my watch.

My core areas of study have included:

*Healthcare policy and management
*Healthcare analytics and data-informed decision-making
*leadership, ethics, and organizational behavior
*Health economics and value - based care models
*Diversity, equality, and inclusion in healthcare
*Strategic planning and operational efficiency
*Healthcare finance and budgeting
*Law
*Human Resource and Leadership
*Change management and organizational behaviors
*Positive Psychology

As I progress, I will update my Love Life Family Foundation Inc community! I believe in Evidence-based practices (EBP), which means a systematic approach to clinical care that integrates the best avaliable research evidence, clinical expertise, and patient preferences to improve outcomes and the quality of care!

God is LOVE! ✌️🏼❤️✨

Resilience means being stronger in the face of adversity, being more determined, courageous, creative, and optimistic. There are four types of resilience.

* Mental resilience: The ability to pay attention and motivate yourself to do something that's difficult.

* Emotional resilience: The ability to involve positive emotions when you need them like optimism, curiosity, or joy.

* Social resilience: The ability to reach out to others for help when you need to. This also means learning to be the kind person that others are likely to want to support and encourage.

* Physical resilience: The ability to face physical challenges
