The Garden at TBT

With the temperatures back down to bearable, we had a lovely morning at the garden and brought in a huge harvest of garlic, onions, chard, kale, carrots, basil and the first of our upcoming cucumber, zucchini crop. There were even a few wayward potatoes! A glorious day! Thanks to our volunteers and to the Crew for getting so much done!

Farm to Table for School Workshop at Old Bethpage Village Restoration

Join us Friday, May 1st at OBVR for a hands-on workshop exploring how agriculture and nutrition programs can be integrated into K-12 schools.

The $40 workshop includes on-site tours of the Farm to Table facility, a tour of Restoration Farm, breakfast and lunch, and a Certificate of Completion from Cornell Cooperative Extension (5 hours).
