Happy International Joke Day from Soap & Sobriety! 😂💙

Recovery teaches us a lot of things—how to be honest, how to ask for help, and sometimes... how to laugh at ourselves when we put the milk in the pantry and the cereal in the fridge.

And for those who may be struggling today, know that it's okay if laughter feels far away right now. Recovery isn't about being happy all the time—it's about continuing forward, one day at a time.
