Hello all members of Street Men’s Shed.We have some good news. We are planning to re-open the Shed to Members from Tuesday 4th of August. At the present time, and over the next two weeks, your committee is carrying out a deep cleaning of the Shed and assessing what tools, machines, and equipment we need, so that we can free up some space to allow for better social distancing.
There will, of course, be restrictions on how many members can attend at each session.
REDUCED ATTENDANCE: We will restrict the numbers of Members
at each session to 6 + one first aider, which may be reviewed at a later date, if and when circumstances permit.
To allow as many members as possible to attend,we will be opening 3 days per week with 2 sessions per day.
1). Tuesdays : 09:00 to 12:30 and 13:00 to 16:30 ( Ladies
Session )
2). Wednesday: 09:00to12:30 and 13:00 to 16:30
3) Thursday : 09:00 to 12:30. and 13:00 to 16:30
All Members who wish to attend the Shed, should in the first instance, contact our Chairman to let him know their TWO preferred days and sessions. Every endeavour will be made to give you the session you want, but we will need to set a balance of skilled and non-skilled members, so you may not get the first session you ask for.
Please reply by Email in the first instance where possible or ring 01458 443940 after 7 PM on weeknights.
