June is Men's Health Month and mental health IS health!

Checking in with yourself, reaching out to a friend, or seeking professional support are all important steps toward better health and well-being. Creating a culture where it's okay to talk about mental health and ask for help can save lives. ***deprevention

We were grateful to be part of this year's JED Gala and to celebrate the people and organizations working to support the emotional health of teens and young adults.

Thank you to The Jed Foundation - JED for bringing together such a passionate community of advocates, partners, and changemakers committed to advancing youth mental health and su***de prevention.

Together, we can continue building systems of support that help young people feel connected, valued, and empowered to seek help when they need it.

📊Data drives impact. Measuring progress toward the National Strategy requires shared metrics, strong data systems, and transparency.

The Action Alliance’s Progress, Accountability, and Data Advisory Group is advancing this work through a new Evaluation Framework, the launch of a national metrics identification group, and expanded international collaboration.

These efforts are shaping Hope Counts, a bold new national dashboard that will help partners understand what’s working, identify gaps, and take informed action to advance su***de prevention strategies.
