Conquering Roads and Mountains

East Bay Cyclists is a group of friendly cyclists who love to ride in the beautiful area of the San Francisco East Bay and occasionally venture out to different destinations. We have built a comradery and a tribe of cyclists throughout the years, who love being on the bike. We all have our reasons to ride. Some of us love the freedom of being on a bike, forgetting all our troubles and stress. Some of us love being outside and seeing the beautiful views, feeling the wind and smelling the pines on a crisp sunny morning. Some of us love the exercise, breaking a sweat and staying in shape. Others love the competitiveness of cycling on how far they can go, or the next mountain to climb. Some of us love the thrill of the descent and the speed of the peloton. Quite frankly, most of us love all the above. Whatever your reason, you will find it with us. We offer a variety of rides - Short distance fast rides, which we call “Turn and Burn”. We have casual conversation-pace long and short rides for beginners. We have intermediate and advanced rides for those of you who want to improve your riding skills. Come ride with us.
