There is nothing more rewarding than watching our Strawberry Queens step into their roles with grace, confidence, and a heart for service. These two beautiful young ladies were invited to help present awards at Duplin County’s Best of Awards—and I couldn’t be more proud of how they represented our pageant and our community.
Moments like these are exactly what this program is all about… building young women who not only shine on stage, but who give back, show up, and make a difference.
And as if that wasn’t exciting enough—our very own Carolina Strawberry Festival took home 1st place for Best Festival! What an incredible honor for our community and all those who work so hard to make it so special year after year.
I am beyond grateful—for these queens, for the opportunities they’re given, and for a community that continues to support and uplift them. The future is so bright, and this is just the beginning.

Our Baby Miss Magnolia has had one busy weekend! Not only was she crowned our 2026 Baby Miss Carolina Strawberry she was dedicated back to The Lord this morning at church. I know she will wear the crown with pride but more importantly I pray she always put on the armor of God first. Can’t wait to watch her grow this year!
