Obedience is better than sacrifice

After months of prayer, starting and stopping, scrapping ideas and concepts lol
It is finally finished 🙌🏽
For every survivor of color who was failed by a system that didn't see them, this is for the practitioners who serve them.
I created Amplify Culture because I know this work from both sides. I am a survivor of sexual violence who has had to navigate the very systems I now work to transform.
I am also an advocate and activist with 12 years in the field and what I have witnessed consistently is that trauma-informed care, without cultural responsiveness, is incomplete.
Survivors of color deserve practitioners who understand not just what happened to them, but who they are, where they come from, and what healing looks like on their own terms.
That gap is what this curriculum was built to close.
Amplify Culture is a practice-based, culturally responsive train-the-trainer curriculum designed for school counselors, therapists, and social work professionals in K-12 and higher education systems. It includes:
A 479-page facilitator curriculum
11 modules, 56 lessons, two full tracks
A 379-page participant workbook
A pre and post assessment with a personalized report
This is not another awareness training.
This is a skill-building curriculum that teaches practitioners how to show up differently and holds them accountable to doing it.
