🇺🇸🐾 IT’S A LONG WEEKEND — CAN YOU HELP US MAKE IT COUNT? 🐾🇺🇸

As we say goodbye to summer and welcome fall, we’re looking back on a year that can be summed up in a few words…

KITTENS, KITTENS, KITTENS…and MORE KITTENS! 🐱🐱🐱🐱

We have cared for so many kittens and cats this year, and every single one comes with expenses. Spay/neuter surgeries, vaccinations, food, litter, medications, veterinary care, cleaning supplies and all the everyday necessities it takes to keep a nonprofit animal rescue moving forward.

❤️ Today, we really need your help.

In the last four months, we have received fewer than five monetary donations. While we are incredibly grateful for every donation of food, litter and supplies, monetary donations are critical because they allow us to pay for the things we cannot do without — especially spay/neuter surgeries and veterinary care.

Even a $5, $10, $20 or $25 donation adds up when our community comes together. No amount is too small to make a difference. 🐾

🐾🖤 MEET DIXIE & DRAKE — TWO SWEET SIBLINGS READY FOR FOREVER HOMES! 🖤🐾

Dixie and Drake didn’t have the easiest start in life. This brother-and-sister pair was found outside, hiding underneath someone’s front porch. Thankfully, they were brought into foster care where they received the love, socialization, and care they needed before arriving at our adoption center in March. ❤️

Now, at 10 months old, they’re ready for the next chapter of their stories!

🎀 DIXIE is a beautiful black-and-white tuxedo girl. She can be a little shy at first, but underneath that shyness is an incredibly sweet kitty who enjoys being petted. She gets along with other cats and just needs a loving family to give her the chance to blossom in a home of her own. 🏡💕

🐈‍⬛ DRAKE is a handsome black kitty who can also be a little shy when you first meet him. Give him some time, though, and you’ll discover a sweet boy who enjoys playing with toys and getting pets. He also does well with other cats and is ready to find his person! 🖤

Dixie and Drake DO NOT need to be adopted together. They are currently in separate kennels with different kitty friends and can each be adopted into the home that’s right for them.

They’ve already come such a long way from those frightened kittens hiding underneath a porch. Now we’d love to see them experience what they’ve been waiting for — families of their very own. 🥹🐾

Come meet Dixie and/or Drake and see if one of these sweethearts belongs with you!
