The Oregon Titans DeMarini Fastpitch Organization started in 2009, with the goal of providing young
athletes who aspire to become collegiate players, an opportunity to compete at the highest level within the
state of Oregon. We want our teams to be successful on and off the field, which is why we have selected top
notch coaches and instructors to help provide strong foundations and advanced skills
sets, that help our
athletes succeed. What makes us different, is that we also understand that our athletes need to be
confident and competent in everyday life, so we also focus on leadership, academics, and empowerment. With a strong team
environment, and advanced softball fundamentals and strategies, we ensure our girls can compete at the
highest level of competition. Members of the program will experience an intense, exciting and fun teambuilding
environment. Each member of our program is put through an extensive tryout of their softball
skills, which include their overall skill set, mental understanding of the game, attitude, effort, and their
ability to work together as a team. Our older teams travel throughout the country playing in college
exposure tournaments, as well as National and Regional Qualifiers. Our goal is to help our athletes use
softball as a vehicle to obtain a college education and become well-rounded athletes and individuals. The Titan program abides by the following core values:
