Did you know a wet red felt hat can dye platinum blonde hair? Well, I sure do now! 💜
I had an unforgettable weekend representing Wahoo at the Mid-States Finals Rodeo in Hastings. From clearing the arena with Little Miss Wahoo, to running flags like the wind with Donkey, to getting downpoured on during barrel racing, it was a weekend full of memories. Between trying to stay warm, jamming out to the music, and keeping a smile on my face, I wouldn’t trade a minute of it!

Happy National Cowgirl Day!

Being a cowgirl is about so much more than boots, hats, and horses. It’s about grit, grace, hard work, and having the courage to keep riding forward—even when the trail gets a little rough.

I’m proud to wear a crown, but even prouder to be part of a western way of life that has taught me to work hard, stay humble, help others, and always get back in the saddle.

Here’s to strong horses, dusty arenas, big dreams, and all the cowgirls who inspire us along the way!

Happy Day of the Cowgirl! 💜
Being a cowgirl is more than a hat and boots—it’s a way of life built on hard work, grit, and a whole lot of heart. I’m proud to have grown up on the family ranch, surrounded by horses, rodeo, and the western way of life. Today, I’m celebrating the strong women who came before me and the next generation of cowgirls who will keep our traditions alive. Here’s to making memories, chasing dreams, and always staying true to our roots.

After getting home a day later than planned (thanks to a little truck trouble!), I’ve been reflecting on an unforgettable weekend at the Nebraska State Rodeo Association Finals in Lexington! 💜

I made so many more wonderful memories with my fellow sash sisters, from dancing to every song that played and clearing steers with Little Miss Wahoo to making sure Donkey got plenty of extra cookies and nacho cheese! It was a weekend full of laughter and memories I’ll cherish for a long time. So thankful for the opportunities and all the fun along the way!💜
