We’re ready to grow — and we’d love to grow with YOU!

Golden Gen Movement is looking for passionate, purpose-driven individuals to join our Board of Directors.

If you believe that aging adults deserve to live fully, experience joy, and maintain meaningful connections—and that caregivers in long-term care deserve support and encouragement—we’d love to connect with you.

As a board member, you’ll help guide our mission to create opportunities for connection, purpose, and dignity for older adults while supporting the incredible caregivers who make a difference every day.

We’re looking for people who are:

communities

✨ Excited to share their skills, ideas, and
leadership

It was an absolute honor to be invited by the Nebraska Health Care Association to document such a meaningful day!

At Golden Gen Movement, our work is centered on supporting aging adults by highlighting the direct care teams who know them best—the people in long-term care communities who show up every day, build relationships, and make moments like this possible.

This event was a clear example of that work in action. The veterans who took flight were nominated by their care teams—people who knew their stories, knew what this experience would mean, and made sure they had the opportunity to be part of it.

Seeing that connection between care team and resident turn into something like this was powerful.

Thank you to Governor Jim Pillen, Duncan Aviation, Scouting America, the University of Nebraska-Lincoln cheerleaders, the Dream Flights team, and to the communities who continue to show what good care looks like in practice.

Soon, we will share a few highlights from each veteran’s flight.
