A month ago, I graduated from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business with my MBA. !

Over the past two years, I had the opportunity to learn alongside an exceptional group of classmates while working through nearly countless cases, group projects, presentations, and discussions on strategy, operations, leadership, and global business. During that same chapter, I transitioned from ACG Advocacy, where I served as COO, to the U.S. Department of State. (I’m very grateful to Patrick Young for the opportunity to join the Office of the Chief of Protocol, while still doing this coursework!)

While the diploma was the goal, one of the unexpected gifts of this experience was the people. A special call out to Kathryn K, my capstone partner, whose perspective and vision to improve something left unaddressed or innovated on for decades helped bring our final project across the finish line; and has become a friendship I treasure. To Joseph C, my "first friend," as we joke, in the program and a frequent teammate through countless group projects, including our FedEx Global Business Experience, thank you for making the experience both more successful and more enjoyable.
While I cannot tag the entire Cohort of 2026, please know how grateful I am for each of you. The people were unquestionably the best part of the experience.

To my family and friends, thank you for cheering me on and for giving me grace when I was stretched thin. I am grateful for the opportunities I had at Georgetown to serve as a class representative, be named a Forté Foundation Fellow, and receive nominations for Georgetown University’s Cura Personalis Award and the national Edie Hunt Award. During this same period, I was also honored to be recognized as part of MAVPAC INC’s 40 Under 40.

As I shared in my closing remarks to the cohort, there is still a long way to go. Excited for what comes next.

Grateful to have walked the Georgetown University stage yesterday and to have received my MBA— even more thankful to celebrate this journey with the support of my family and friends.

It was an incredible honor to be present today for both the State Arrival Ceremony at the White House and for King Charles III’s Joint Address to Congress.

Moments like these are a powerful reminder that the relationship between the United States and the United Kingdom is not just historic, it is enduring, evolving, and deeply consequential. As the King reflected, “our destinies as Nations have been interlinked,” a partnership born out of disagreement, yet strengthened over centuries by shared values, democratic traditions, and a commitment to freedom.

What stood out most was the forward-looking call to action, not just to celebrate 250 years of shared history, but to actively shape what comes next, through security, innovation, economic partnership, and a renewed sense of responsibility to one another and to the world.

Grateful to have had a front-row seat to such a meaningful moment in the U.S.–U.K. relationship, and to witness firsthand the strength of an alliance that continues to define global leadership.

A few pictures from Before-During-After of last night, while attending the State of the Union, from the House floor.

“Americans ventured out across the daunting and dangerous continent. We carved pass through an unforgiving wilderness, settled a boundless frontier, and tamed the beautiful but very, very dangerous wild west. From empty marshes and wide-open plains, we raised up the world’s greatest cities. Together we mastered the world’s mightiest industries, shattered history’s monstrous tyrannies. And we liberated millions from the chains of fascism, communism, oppression and terror.

Americans lifted humanity into the skies or the wings of aluminum and steel. And then we launched mankind into the stars on rockets powered by sheer American will and unyielding American pride. We wired the globe with our ingenuity. We captivated the planet with American culture and now we are pioneering the next great American breakthroughs that will change the entire world. All of this, and so much more, is the enduring legacy, unmatched glory of the hard-working patriots who built and defended this country and who still carry the hopes and freedoms on all of humanity’s backs. For years, they were forgotten, betrayed, and cast aside. But that great betrayal is over, and they will never be forgotten again. Because when the world needs courage, daring, vision and inspiration, it is still turning to America.

And when God needs a nation to work his miracles, he knows exactly who to ask. There is no challenge Americans cannot overcome, no frontier too vast for us to conquer, no dream too bold for us to chase, no horizon too distant for us to claim. For our destiny is written by the hand of Providence. And these first 250 years were just the beginning. Honored to support and be at the inaugural Board of Peace meeting in Washington this week! This was a remarkable gathering that brought President Trump, Vice President Vance, Secretary of State Rubio, and representatives from more than 40 countries together on one stage to address global security and stabilization efforts. $10 BILLION in US investment- as always, we are leading the way in ideas, words, and actions.

Being in a room with this level of leadership and international representation is both humbling and energizing. Grateful to support work that operates at the highest levels of diplomacy and global engagement.
