First time any Mud Dogs traveled to . We are a small club from Waco growing day by day because of the effort of these kids. We had two of our boys playing with elite sides. And our two girls joined up with . Not pictured was our u14 boy who played with . Next year expect more Dogs running around Florida! Now we head back to Texas to get back to work!

The Mud Dogs would like to give a huge shout out to the two girls who were chosen from our club to represent Texas with Woodlands Youth Rugby Club this past weekend in Hendersonville, TN for the Friendship Cup. They played against some of the best teams in the country. They didn’t win the cup but we are very proud of the both of them! Both girls started all 4 games and did their teammates and coaches proud! They played well enough to continue on with the Woodlands to play in the HS National Championships in Utah. We’d like to thank the Woodlands for the opportunity provided to our girls! The girls had their 3rd state qualifier yesterday! There were tries and tackles aplenty! We went 1-1-1 on the day, with 1 win, 1 loss and a try in the last seconds to secure our first tie. Our season record is now 4-4-1 with two more qualifiers remaining for state playoffs! The girls will be back on the pitch 3/28 in Denton. Thank you to Troy Tanzer for the photos! And a big thank you to our opponents and for the experience!

Your Mud Dogs 🐶 had their last home game of the season last night! After a hard fought game against Dallas Jesuit the boys suffered their first loss of the season brining our record to 4-1. We didn’t get the result we wanted but the boys played hard and one of our newcomers got their first TRY!!! Big thank you for Dallas for coming down and giving us a great game!! And thank you to all the families and parents that made it special! The boys will be on the road in two weeks to take on Strake Jesuit before playoffs!

The Youth and High School girls traveled to Alvin yesterday for the Mardi Gras tournament hosted by the . A great time was had by all. Our Lady Mud Dogs had a rough day going 1-2 bringing our season record to 3-3. We will get back to work and continue getting better every day. We did get this sweet run and offload!!

Mud Dogs 🐶 had a time in Denton on Friday night! Big thank you to for having us! The boys fought hard and managed to pull off the win and remain undefeated in their inaugural season! We host Dallas Jesuit this Friday for our last home match of the season!
