You can't change your relationship by watching a bunch of social media content. Find a creator who shares content that feels right for you and test if what they say works. You're in overwhelm because you have to much info, not to little. Too much input will slow you down.

Most “Nice Guys” don’t think they have a problem.

They think they’re being supportive, easygoing, and thoughtful. But when we analyzed 100 self-diagnosed Nice Guys who completed our assessment, a different pattern showed up.

Nearly half strongly agreed they feel anxious when someone is upset with them, and almost as many said they feel the need to prove their value through performance.

That’s not kindness. That’s fear. Fear of rejection. Fear of conflict. Fear of not being enough. And those patterns don’t just affect romantic relationships — they show up in leadership, business, and everyday decision-making.

We broke down the full results and what they actually mean. If you’ve ever found yourself over-accommodating, over-performing, or avoiding hard conversations to keep the peace, this one may hit closer than you expect.

We analyzed 100 Nice Guy Syndrome Self-Assessment results. See what men struggle with most—and take the assessment yourself.

Most guys wait for the perfect moment to fix their relationship. Wait until they know exactly what to say. Wait until they figure out the "right" approach. Wait until they're less stressed, less busy, less confused.
Meanwhile, the distance grows.
You don't need to have it all figured out. You don't need a perfect plan. You just need to start.
Start with a conversation. Start with an apology. Start by actually listening instead of defending. Start by admitting you don't know what you're doing but you want to figure it out together.
The tools you need? You'll find them as you go. But only if you actually start moving.
And here's the thing: keep looking for what feels right. Find one teacher or coach and stick with them. Too many inputs will really mess with your progress because it makes things even more confusing when you get conflicting info.
Stop waiting for the right time. There is no right time. There's just now.
