Full Sail Ministries Full Sail Ministries (FSM) is a non-profit organization working internationally to communicate the message of God's love through the arts.

International Outreach - FSM sends teams of fellow musicians, worshipers, and artists on overseas outreaches to the four corners of the globe. Their mission is three-fold:
-To use the arts to effectively tell the story of God's love for everyone
-To meet some "practical" need the missionaries might have
-To effectively minister to and encourage the missionaries who host them. Current for Women -

A weekend event using various art forms to provide a unique, intimate and contemplative setting for women of all ages to connect with God. Every C4W includes: Worship through music and dance, prayer workers available for personal or group prayer, talks for the bible by Jill Ludlow, reflection stations provide meaningful interactive personal devotional experiences, and a room called The Meeting Place is set for attendees to 'pause, listen, and receive." From the moment ladies arrive we want them to "come away" to spend time with their Father. The decor is beautifully set to provide a calm and peaceful place to quiet the soul. Women's Retreats - Jill presents 12 -15 women's events, retreats, and conferences per year. It is her absolute delight to see God using her own brokenness to lead others to a place of healing and worth. Concert Ministry - Geoff and Jill, with their family, have toured nearly 3 decades on the road sharing in hundreds of concerts, church services, youth meetings, prisons, schools, hospitals. Their music is woven together with personal life stories that give their concerts an authentic feel.

What a wonderful time of year!

The lights, the gatherings, the goodies, the music, the connection…and the beautiful trek back to a manger in Bethlehem! We love the fresh new discoveries of the old sweet story that still delight our hearts with the most extravagant gift of all – the gift of God’s only Son to bring us Home.

This year, our thoughts were drawn to the “tangible” nature of God’s gift.

“We saw Him with our very own eyes.

We gazed upon Him and heard Him speak.

Our hands actually touched Him -

the One Who was from the beginning,

the Living Expression of God.”

(I John 1:1)

A couple of weeks ago, our dear friend and ministry partner, Jordanne Fulcher, put out a creative challenge to a group of us. In it, she reflected on Jesus as the Light of God coming into our dark world.

She encouraged us to go out and try to gaze at the sun. Even in winter, staring at the sun for longer than just seconds is not only impossible but dangerous to the eye! We cannot behold its brilliance. It is far too bright to look at.

Then she reminded us of the story of John the Beloved while on the island of Patmos in Revelation 1, when Jesus appeared to him in all His glory – hair white as wool, eyes like blazing fire, feet glowing like bronze, voice like rushing waters!! Jesus was so brilliant, John fell at His feet as though dead.

It wasn’t until Jesus came and placed His right hand on John’s shoulder and spoke, “Don’t be afraid. It’s me!” that John was able to recognize the One he knew so well, but now beheld in the fullness of His glory!

Jordanne concluded:

“If any of us were to see the full glory of God in this moment, the same thing would probably happen to us. But this blinding light is not how Jesus revealed Himself. He came like candlelight, born at night – the full majesty of God wrapped up in a vulnerable newborn. He offers His light to us meekly so that we can approach, receive, and hold closely the flame that fills all in all. He shines softly in ways that we can digest, slowly expanding our capacity to behold more of His brightness. Like the candlelight, He restrains His power for the sake of love.”

God “gentled” Himself in Jesus – brought Himself near enough to touch, to hold, to experience, to intimately know. Is there anything more precious than this gift of Emmanuel – God WITH us?

Last year, our son Trevor released a song on the Cageless Birds Christmas album called, Humble King. Give a listen and allow God’s greatest Gift to draw near to you today!

Gentle Beginnings
“I am about to do something new.
See, I have already begun! Do you not see it?
I will make a pathway through the wilderness.
I will create rivers in the dry wasteland.”
(Isaiah 43:19, NLT)

Don’t you just love new beginnings? A chance to start again, to breathe the fresh air of promise and hope, wonder and potential!

January is such a time!

Sometimes, however, instead of simply receiving it as a promised gift, it's easy to approach the New Year with an attitude of “beating it into submission” – resolving to change things about ourselves and our lives by the strong arm of our own effort.

But what if we tried something different?

What if, instead, we viewed this year as something that has already been formed in the heart of our Father and is hidden there in seed form. What if instead of muscling our way to transformation, we came into the quiet to listen for what was on His heart for this new year and then allowed Him to lovingly lead us forward.

What if the New Year held a Gentle Beginning?

We’ll be spending time this Oasis Retreat considering these things and giving space to listen for God’s gentle Voice. Come join us in allowing Him to cultivate vision and hope for the brand-new year ahead!

Oasis Retreat is designed to provide space and time in the quiet for a fresh encounter with the One Who knows us best and loves us most. Through worship, devotional thoughts, prayer, interactive reflective stations and stillness, Oasis helps focus our thoughts and attention back on God, and positions our hearts to receive the healing, refreshment, and comfort He longs to give us.

When: Friday, January 9 (7-9pm) and Saturday, January 10 (9am-4pm)
Where: The Largoza’s Barn, 4235 W Riggin Avenue, Visalia, CA 93291

Come for all or a portion of the time on Friday and Saturday. Coffee and water will be provided. If staying the whole day on Saturday, feel free to bring a sack lunch to enjoy. This a free event for both men and women (teenagers and adults) with no registration necessary. “Trust God from the bottom of your heart;
don’t try to figure out everything on your own.
Listen for God’s voice in everything you do, everywhere you go;
He’s the One Who will keep you on track.”

What happens in the life of a person who asks, “God, what do You want to do with me? You’ve already done so much for me, how can I be a part of Your big plan?”

This year has been one big adventure in following His answer to that question! It’s been pretty epic. We forged new relationships in Asia and have begun making plans for a follow-up trip there in 2026. We laid the groundwork in Paraguay for Oasis Retreats in 2026. We now have our Oasis Retreat materials translated into several languages including English, Spanish, Khmer and we hope to have them available in German by the time we return to Paraguay in April 2026. We have some new team members who are mature, humble, and creative - effective workers who share our heart for people to make intimate connection with Jesus. And we have some exciting new creative projects and retreats planned for next year.

In There Own Words

Here are two testimonies from people who encountered God through Full Sail in 2025…

“I didn't want to waste the moment to tell you a little bit about how blessed I was to be at Oasis…I feel like I encountered God. After so many months of not praying, of not having any relationship with God, I felt like the Holy Spirit was touching me, putting his hand on me, hugging me…It was definitely a ‘before and after’ moment for me in my relationship with God. Thank you, thank you for making these moments exist where we can really know that God is in that room, He is there, and He really wants to touch us.” (Oasis Attendee in Paraguay)

“Full Sail’s outreach made such a lasting impact, and we believe that together, we can see even greater things in the days to come…walking together to disciple, encourage, and bring the love of Jesus to many more lives in this region. They have truly left behind not only memories but seeds of transformation.” (Oasis Attendee in Asia)

We heard a missionary once say, “If what we’re dreaming isn’t bigger than what we can pull off on our own, it’s probably not God!” We’re learning to trust God when He speaks to us, letting Love lead the way. And when it’s bigger than we can accomplish on our own, it’s okay because we know He’s with us and He’ll supply what we need.

We love what we do. It’s not a job. It’s an honor and a privilege. It’s the love of our lives. He is the Love of our lives. And wherever He’s going, that’s where we wanna go too. Jesus talked about it like this. He said, ‘I only do what I see My Father doing. I only say what I hear My Father saying.’ Even though He was literally saving the whole world, He did it by healing the l***r right in front of Him, the lame man at the pool, the blind man on the street. He discipled fishermen, tax collectors…people you wouldn’t necessarily assume would be great leaders. He had a way of seeing each person for who they really were and loving them well. And so, our prayer is ‘Father, first help us to see ourselves as You see us and then, as we take each step from here, help us to see and love the person right in front of us as You do.’ That person might be in our own home. It might be our next-door neighbor. It might be someone in Asia or South America. Wherever this year takes us, we just want to follow Him wherever He leads.

On this Giving Tuesday, would you consider partnering with us in our commitment to follow His lead through a financial gift of any amount? Your support, especially at this yearend moment, helps enable us to walk through any and every door God opens before us in 2026. Thank you in advance for your generosity!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

“Lift up a great shout of joy to the Lord! Go ahead and do it—everyone, everywhere! You can pass through His open gates with the password of praise. Come right into His presence with thanksgiving. Come bring your thank offering to Him and affectionately bless His beautiful name! For the Lord is always good and ready to receive you. He’s so loving that it will amaze you— so kind that it will astound you! And He is famous for His faithfulness toward all. Everyone knows our God can be trusted, for He keeps His promises to every generation!” - (Psalms 100:1,4,5)

Time goes so fast! It seems like just yesterday that our kids were small. We have countless memories of coming in through the door of our home and having them fly into our arms with a barrage of hugs and kisses and I love you’s! The sweetness of those moments of so much love and tender affection still makes our hearts beat hard with warmth and delight.

Could it be that our Father delights in our affectionate gratitude in a similar way?! We are invited to come right into His Presence with our thanks and praise and to warmly bless His beautiful name! He loves it when His kids pour out their love on Him! He is such a good God – ready to welcome us into His wide-open arms.

During this Thanksgiving week, let’s go ahead and do it! Let’s give Him our affectionate and wholehearted thanks for the myriad of ways He has blessed us, provided for us, met us in our highest highs and our lowest lows, and for being faithful and true to every generation! Lord there is no one like You!!!

Thank you for your faithful support. We are so grateful for you!!!

That’s why, when I heard of the solid trust you have in the Master Jesus and your outpouring of love to all the followers of Jesus, I couldn’t stop thanking God for you—every time I prayed, I’d think of you and give thanks.

Geoff introduces our Oasis Retreat location at La Fuente Riviera Church in Bucerias, Mexico.

Though we started these Oasis Retreats in a barn in California we love how we can adapt the set up to each unique space, language or culture. Our retreats are offered in English, Spanish, and Khmer (and soon in German). We loved this particular place because it already was designed to be a place of worship for any and all local people, and Pastors Fredy and Michelle Espinoza have such a love for their people and a desire to see them personally encounter God. This room provided enough space for us to set up 17 of our interactive Reflective Stations (places for deep thought) designed perfectly to welcome many people to be present at the same time but still provide a sense of quiet privacy. We invited people to join us as we Pause, Listen, and Receive. "Pause" from our usual busy lives and quiet our hearts to "Listen" for what God might be saying to us. And open our hearts to "Receive" what He may want to give us today.

Here in Bucerias they translated Oasis Retreat into the spanish by calling it Intimidad con Dios (Intimacy with God). We love it! We watched as hundreds of people walked through the doors, paused to read the menu of Reflective Stations and then slowly approach the ones that resonated with them. We could watch them as began to let rest seep into their souls. Their shoulders relaxed. And as musicians played live worship music softly these dear friends began to receive the gifts that only time of quiet with God can produce. What a beautiful moment to behold. Our team, along with local leaders, were available to translate for all those who asked for personal prayer.

We love what we do. Providing intentional space and time for people to have their own personal intimate time with God is something we feel compelled by God to do. They meet with Him, Heart to heart, with honesty and in open conversation with their creator God, the One who loves and cares for them with His whole heart. We are honoured to serve people in this way.

Oasis Retreat...
A refuge of God’s love in the midst of life’s busyness, to just simply rest and soak up time with Him in a freeform atmosphere of worship, Reflective Stations and personalized devotionals.

“Find a quiet, secluded place so you won’t be tempted to role-play before God. Just be there as simply and honestly as you can manage. The focus will shift from you to God, and you will begin to sense his grace.” – Matthew 6:6 (MSG)

“Come with me by yourselves to a quiet place and get some rest.”
– Jesus in Mark 6:31 (NIV)
