These sweet babies were born 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟯𝟭𝘀𝘁, and just look at how big they’ve gotten! 🥰 They’ve gone from tiny little babies to playful, curious kittens who are ready to fill their forever homes with purrs, zoomies, and plenty of love. ❤️🐱

They each have their own little personalities, but one thing they all have in common is that they’re 𝗮𝗱𝗼𝗿𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗯𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿! 🏡💕

🚨🐾 WE NEED YOUR HELP TODAY 🐾🚨

We have tried SO HARD not to ask for donations unless we truly need them… but today, we truly need our community. 💔

➡️ WE ARE COMPLETELY OUT OF DOG FOOD.
➡️ WE ARE OUT OF DOG TREATS & WET DOG FOOD.
➡️ Several dogs need vet care this week and next.
➡️ And today, we have an EMERGENCY. 🚨

One of our permanent residents has badly injured her leg, and we believe it may be broken. 😭💔 She has a vet appointment TODAY at 3 PM.

🐾 Vet credits can be called directly into Russell Veterinary Services to help cover her emergency visit. 423-869-5040

🐶 DOG FOOD:
Food can be purchased at Mid Mountain Feed for us to pick up. We prefer the Camo Bag of C**n Hunters Pride, but right now, ANY DOG FOOD HELPS! We can do a Walmart pick up as well or send our address for drop off! (Please let us know so we ca pick up the items purchased)

💔 I need to be completely transparent — I cannot carry the financial weight of this rescue alone anymore. I have personally supplemented what donations don’t cover for a long time, and I have put myself into too much debt trying to keep everything going.

I simply cannot afford to keep doing it alone.

🐾 𝗛𝗶 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲, 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗺𝗲… 𝗛𝗼𝗽𝗲. 💕 You might remember me. I’m still here, patiently waiting for my forever family. 🥹

I’m a 𝟭-𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿-𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗶 𝗔𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗲, around 𝟭𝟱 𝗽𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱𝘀, with an amazing temperament. I love being outside, and honestly, I could spend most of my days 𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝗻𝗷𝗼𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿𝘀. Because of that, I’d do best with a 𝗳𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝘆𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝘄𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗜 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝘂𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗹𝗮𝘆. 🐾

I get along well with 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝗱𝗼𝗴𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗮𝘁𝘀, and I’m 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝘃𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗱. I’m young, too, which means I have so much life ahead of me and 𝘀𝗼 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗹𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝗳𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗶𝘃𝗲. ❤️

🎂🐾 TODAY IS MY 41ST BIRTHDAY… AND THIS YEAR, I’M ASKING FOR SOMETHING A LITTLE DIFFERENT. 🐾🎂

Everyone, I’m asking for your help today again. I have been purchasing food out of my own pockets!!

❤️🙏 Today is my birthday, and the only thing I’m asking for is help feeding the animals at SWVA Animal Haven. 🐶🐱❤️

🐶 DOG FOOD — our biggest need! We have ONE BAG AND 28 dogs to feed here!

🐶 DOG FOOD: You can purchase the camo bags from Mid Mountain Feed and I can pick them up TODAY! They know who I am just tell them it’s for me Beverly with the rescue! ❤️ If you order something for pickup, PLEASE let me know so I can get it today.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: I will not be available to pick anything up after today. I’ll be taking a few days away from social media and the rescue Friday through Monday, so I may not respond to messages during that time. If something needs picked up, please have it ready today and let me know. IF IT CAN NOT be picked up today let me know I will have someone able to pick it up!

Today is all about celebrating the unconditional love, loyalty, and happiness that dogs bring into our lives. 🐶

At 𝗦𝗪𝗩𝗔 𝗔𝗻𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲𝗻, we get to experience that love every single day. Our rescue dogs may have different stories and different personalities, but they all have one thing in common—they deserve to be loved, cherished, and given a forever home. ❤️

Penny’s Happily Ever After Has Begun! 💕🐾

Today was a very special day for our sweet little Penny—she officially found her forever home! 🥹❤️

We are so happy for this little girl and so excited for the wonderful life ahead of her with her new family! 🏡💗

Penny, your happily ever after starts today. We wish you a lifetime filled with love, cuddles, adventures, and being completely spoiled like you deserve. 🐾💕

Congratulations, sweet Penny! We are going to miss you, but our hearts are so happy knowing you are home. ❤️

Yesterday was a very special day because our little Bruiser found his forever home! 🥹❤️

We are going to miss this little guy more than words can say. We’ll miss his silly antics, his personality, and of course, his 𝘁𝗲𝗻-𝗳𝗼𝗼𝘁-𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗶𝗻𝘆 𝗯𝗼𝗱𝘆! 😂🐾

As hard as it is to say goodbye, we are SO incredibly happy for him. ❤️

I’m so grateful that I got the opportunity to get to know Bruiser’s new mom, and I want to sincerely thank the Altizer family for opening their hearts and home to him. ❤️ I truly feel like this was the perfect match for Bruiser, and I couldn’t be happier knowing he is exactly where he is meant to be.

We can’t wait to see what the future holds for you, sweet boy, and we look forward to all the updates along the way! 🥰🐾
