You are invited to join us at the Basile Library for an informative and engaging Parent Chat session on January 26th at 4:30 p.m. This Parent Chat Series offers a great opportunity to share your thoughts, ask questions, and learn about financial opportunities for family members of all ages with Southwest Louisiana Credit Union. Participants will also enjoy complimentary refreshments, have a chance to receive free gift cards, and take part in meaningful and enriching conversations.

The information presented was pivotal in addressing the essential needs of our families, empowering them to foster a thriving environment for their children.

Our esteemed panelists included Mr. Preston Castille, LA BESE District 8 Representative; Mrs. Nicole Flores, Executive Director of Families Helping Families of Acadiana; Dr. Krystle Allen from the Southern University Agricultural Research and Extension Center; Councilwoman Anna Frank, Executive Director for HUD Housing; and Patricia Dufrene, Educational and Inclusion Manager at Save the Children Head Start - Evangeline Parish
