We’re putting the final touches on our Stretch & Sip Social, and our hearts are so full. 💫

Huge thank you to yoga instructor Alison Ranney and Jade Deline, owner of Opalite Salon, for showing up with such incredible support, energy, and love for our community.

Watching women entrepreneurs and small business owners come together to uplift one another is exactly what this event is all about.

This is what girl supporting girl looks like — collaboration over competition, community over everything, and women creating spaces where everyone feels welcomed, empowered, and celebrated. 💛

••Help for a Local Family in Need••
There’s been a lot going on as we all catch up from the holiday weekend.

On Friday, the staff at Freedom Hill Elementary (Vienna VA) launched a fundraiser to support a local family in need and asked if they could partner with One Neighborhood Foundation to be the collection spot.

The mom is in critical condition in the hospital, the family needs help with groceries/rent/care for children.

Without me even making a post yet, the Freedom Hill network has already raised $1,050 for the food insecure family via the Foodies. Thank you. 🙏

That alone says so much about the incredible community we’re surrounded by. 🙏

Before we send a check over to the school to help this family, we wanted to open it up one more time for anyone who may want to contribute.

ONE NEIGHBORHOOD FOUNDATION is proud to host our Summer Toy Drive to help make summer brighter for food-insecure children in our community — we will pass them forward to social workers & counselors in schools to handout to families. 🧸☀️

We are collecting NEW, UNWRAPPED summer toys, games, and outdoor activities for children of all ages, so every child can enjoy a fun, active summer filled with playtime, smiles, and unforgettable memories. 🚗🧩🎳🎨🪇

As we enter the final two weeks of school, One Neighborhood Foundation is working hard to support students experiencing food insecurity before summer begins.

••This week•• we are assembling Snack Power Packs that will be distributed directly to closeby food insecure students (via counselors & social workers) who may not have reliable access to food once summer begins.

On Friday, was honored to partner with the official Bike to Work Day. 🚴☀️

One Neighborhood Foundation provided 10 dozen donuts— as well as 100 bananas and 100 apples from for everyone who biked through town.

I had asked her to record herself talking about ONF, and in that very moment, the clouds opened up and the sun shined so brightly.

A few years ago, Michelle lost her husband. 💛

When the sky brightened, I quietly thought to myself,
“Wow… is that her husband shining for us?”

And the very moment I thought it, Michelle said,
“That’s a sign from my husband.” ✨🙏

For everyone attending our One Neighborhood Foundation social event fundraiser on Monday, June 1 at Opalite salon (with bites from Evelyn Rose & wine from Vienna Vintner)— we are currently putting together the swag bags for guests, and we wanted to share something especially meaningful. ❤️

Former Cunningham teacher Clara Goldfield — now an incredibly talented interior designer and artist — created personalized artwork for all 50 goodie bags. 🥹

What makes this even more special is that Clara reached out to us first and generously offered to do this simply out of kindness and support for the community.

Every guest will get personalized art in their swag bag. 🥲

Cunningham is a school that holds a very special place in our hearts, and we are truly honored to support them and maintain such a wonderful relationship with the school community — especially with the amazing school counselor, Lisa Lujan.

Even though Clara is no longer a teacher at the school— her heart is still with Vienna children. 🥲

We are so grateful for thoughtful people like Clara who make this community feel so connected, supportive, and uplifting.
