Building SpreadYourHeart is like holding on tight to a mustard seed of hope. But since we’ve open our Tampa chapter, the mission that took 4 years to progress in California unfolded within our first year. This wouldn’t have been possible without the support of 1 Million Cups.

It was such a pleasure to connect in person with the SYH Leadership team to coordinate this heartwarming, family oriented event. We’re excited to embark on this journey of establishing another 13 years of community impact in the High Desert.

What started as a dream grew into a movement stitched together with compassion, resilience, sparkles of hope, and hearts big enough to hold people through their hardest moments. 🫶✨

Spread Your Heart is a reflection of growth, healing, love, and every single person who believed in our mission along the way. Every volunteer, every supporter, every survivor, every voice, every story… you helped build this. 💫

Spread Your Heart has never just been an organization.
