If you would like to bring a dessert or an appetizer to snack on while visiting, feel free to do that. We will have plates and utensils to go along with them. Also, IF you would like to bring along some lawn chairs, do that as well. Dennis and Diane have chairs and tables for the dinner, but some folks kind of like their own "special" comfortable chairs for afterwards, while maybe having an "adult beverage" !!!

Had a nice little meeting at the Edna Pizza Hut with Lesli, Peble (Troy), Vance and myself to finalize some of the plans for NEXT weekends (Saturday afternoon/evening) 40th high school reunion for the Edna High School Class of 1975 ! One thing we really NEED is a good "head-count" of those coming, to do our best to give Mustang Creek Bar-B-Q a number for dinner that evening. The back (information details) of the postcard Paula mailed out to those she had mailing addresses for. Hopefully those that might have changed addresses since the previous reunion, might be on Facebook, and can see the details here. The front of the postcard (sent in an envelope) is the "Profile" picture on this album, so I didn't include it. We've gotten with Cecil of Mustang Creek Bar-B-Q (in Louise) for brisket, sausage, beans and potatoes with the trimmings and tea with cups. Cost is $9.50 per plate and we will take donations to help cover the cost. Looking forward to seeing lots of y'all on the 17th !!! (Mike*)

Paula (Waisath) Metheny sent out "postcard"-style invitations in envelopes, and I received mine yesterday. Hopefully a lot of y'all did as well. She and I knew some addresses have changed since the last reunion, as well as e-mails addresses (I've tried my best to contact folks this way as well, but get a lot of "bounced" undeliverables e-mails), so if either your mailing or e-mail is different and you haven't received anything from either of us, please send us a message to me ([email protected]) or Paula ([email protected]). Just sending out a reminder about our upcoming 40th High School Reunion of the Edna High School class of 1975. It's going to be on Saturday, October 17, 2015 starting around 5:00 PM at Charles Lewis's sisters place just north of El Toro, TX. I look forward to seeing lots of classmates at this event.

A screen-shot of the location of where Diane (Lewis) and Dennis Juroske's place is, just north of El Toro, TX. This will be where we will be having our 40th HS reunion in October on Saturday afternoon/evening. The address is 909 County Road 110, Edna (eventhough it is in El Toro).

As you are heading North on FM 234 from El Toro, stay to the right at the first turn of FM 234, that is going to the left. The road will go straight til it "T"s into County Road 110, turn right and go about 3/4's of a mile to the location on the right. Hope the little map screen-shot helps. MH*

Just a reminder of our upcoming Edna High School Class of 1975 reunion, scheduled for Saturday, October 17, 2015 at Charles Lewis' sisters place about a mile north of El Toro, TX.
