The Blue Jay Booster Club is proud to show our support and commitment to our students and their achievements. A monetary donation was made to the HS BETA Club to purchase a group meal during their upcoming trip to Branson to attend and compete at the Missouri State BETA Convention. We wish them all the best of luck!

Pictured is Booster Club President Amanda Botkin and Secretary Cindy Pryor presenting a check to the BETA Club Officers and members.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ

The Blue Jay Booster Club would like to take a moment to provide information about our Pink Out funds and how they are used.

All money raised through our Annual Pink Out Game is put in a separate fund from Booster Club. The Pink Out funds are used within our Iron County C-4 School District community for cancer awareness and cancer related expenses.

The Blue Jay Booster Club is working diligently with local hospitals and organizations to make preventative testing available to those in our Iron County C-4 School District community who may not have access to these life saving tests. More information will be made available once plans are in place. Our hope is to work toward having all arrangements in place by Spring 2026.

Funds are available for cancer related expenses to those in the Iron County C-4 School District community. Request forms are available at City Hall or from any Booster Club member, and when received will be reviewed by the Booster Club members. If the request is approved, the community member will be notified and funds distributed directly to the expense in the name of the requestor. Please note requests will be reviewed and the decision will be made based on preset criteria.

The Booster Club also donates gas cards to those in our Iron County C-4 School District community who are currently undergoing treatments for cancer. If you or someone in our community are currently receiving treatments, you can reach Amanda Botkin, Brooke Pyatt or Cindy Pryor to request this assistance. Proof of appointment will be required prior to receiving the gas card.

All requests for donations, whether for cancer related expenses or gas cards, can be kept anonymous. If you would like your request to remain anonymous, please make sure when you reach out we are made aware so that during discussion and decision this request is honored.

Although the Blue Jay Booster Club would love to be able to honor every request, please note there are per person donation limits in place and requests may be partially approved or denied if this limit has been reached.

All requests will be handled in a non-discriminatory manner. Should there be a conflict of interest for any member of the Booster Club, they will be recused from the review and decision.

Please reach out to Amanda Botkin, Brooke Pyatt, or Cindy Pryor for more information.
