Three of our Pack 221 Class of 2025 alumni spent an awesome week at summer camp at Camp Tuscarora—and they had a very special visitor tag along for the walk!

There's nothing quite like seeing our older Scouts lead the way hand-in-hand with a little brother. Future Pack 221 Scout? We think he's already well on his way!

Yesterday was an unforgettable day on the water! ⛵☀️

A few of our pack's Arrow of Light Scouts had a fantastic time on a special trip with Ithaca Sea Scouts, Ship 25. It was a beautiful day for sailing. Our Scouts learned about sailing and took in some truly amazing views of Cayuga Lake.

Huge thanks to Ship 25 for hosting us and giving our Arrow of Light Scouts such a memorable experience! 🌊

Cub Scout Pack 221 just got back from an absolutely unforgettable time at Camp Cutler Cub Adventure Camp, and wow... did we make some incredible memories!

First of all, yes—WE STAYED IN A CASTLE! 🏰 Living like royalty while tackling the great outdoors? Absolutely.

Our amazing Scouts spent the week crushing new challenges and having the absolute time of their lives. Here’s just a sneak peek at what we got into:
🎯 Hitting the bullseye at Archery & BB guns!
🏹 Launching away at the Sling Shot range!
🥾 Exploring scenic trails on breathtaking Nature Hikes!
🏊‍♂️ Cooling off and splashing around Swimming!
🚣‍♂️ Navigating the waters with Boating!..plus a ton of other awesome camp activities, campfire stories, skits, songs, and team-building moments!

A huge thank you to all the camp staff and parents who helped make this adventure possible. Our Scouts showed incredible bravery, learned new skills, and grew closer as a pack.

Big news about Vestal Pack 221 at the Hiawatha District, Greater Finger Lakes Council, Scouting America picnic! 🏕️

We are thrilled to announce that our pack was honored with the Exceptional Unit Award! This recognizes our incredible team of trained leaders and our dedication to truly exemplifying the meaning of scouting. 🏆

A huge congratulations to our individual award winners who regularly go above and beyond:
⭐ Shelby – Rising Star Award (for outstanding service as a newly registered leader this year!)
⛵ Melinda – Smooth Sailer Award (for keeping everything running smoothly in her den!)
🌍 Matt – Atlas Award (for his exceptional service to the district and beyond!)

What a fantastic evening celebrating the leaders who make our pack so special. Each of our leaders in our pack demonstrate commitment to our scouting program. We are so proud of you all! 🪵🥾✨

We wrapped up our season in the best way possible with our annual Pack 221 Year-End Picnic and Bike Rodeo! From navigating the obstacle courses to sharing great food with amazing families, the energy was through the roof. 🚴‍♂️🍔☀️

Looking back on the year, we are incredibly proud of all the hard work, growth, and teamwork our Scouts showed. Check out this mind-blowing stat: Our Scouts were awarded a whopping 372 adventures this year! 🎖️✨

From Lions to Arrow of Light, every single badge, loop, and certificate represents new skills learned, challenges conquered, and memories made.

A massive THANK YOU to our phenomenal parent volunteers, den leaders, and families who step up week after week to make Pack 221 the absolute best place for our kids to grow and thrive. We couldn't do it without you! ⚜️
