Meet Riley 🩷
Riley was just 9 months old when she was diagnosed with a brain tumor near the optic chiasm, where the optic nerves cross. Her diagnosis came unexpectedly, just one week before Thanksgiving, and she is now in active treatment. 🎗️ After several chemotherapy sessions that did not shrink the tumor, her medical team recommended a biopsy to guide a more personalized treatment plan. Moving forward, Riley will continue to have routine MRIs to closely monitor the tumor and track how well future treatments are working. Her medical team remains hopeful as they enter the next phase of care. Despite the challenges, Riley’s love for music continues to bring light and joy. 🎶 ✨ Zoey’s Wings Project was honored to send Riley a Zoey’s Care Box filled with thoughtful surprises to remind her she is not alone.🩷

Zoey’s Wings Project successfully provided 20+ Zoey’s Care Boxes and $400+ worth of gas through our Zoey’s Fuel Program—all within just three months of launching on September 1, 2025. 🩷 🎉

In a short time, we were able to make a meaningful impact for families navigating pediatric cancer, all in honor of Zoey ✨

As we step into this new year, we are deeply thankful for every supporter who believed in our mission from the very beginning. The founders of Zoey’s Wings Project were deeply honored to meet Kadence and her incredible mom, Karla, during our toy drop-off. 🧸 Kadence is bravely battling stage 4 Neuroblastoma and is temporarily staying at Ronald McDonald House while receiving treatment at CHLA. We were so grateful to surprise her with a bundle of toys, hoping to bring joy during this difficult time. Karla, thank you for allowing us to meet you and spent time while at RMHLA🎄✨

We are incredibly grateful to the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office — Academy for their generous donation of toys and the thoughtful personal care kits that truly stood out. 🩷✨

Not only did the Academy provide toys for children, but they also donated these special kits to support families. This generous contribution will be divided among VCMC, CHLA, and Ronald McDonald House Los Angeles. Families will definitely love these 🎄🎅🏼

A huge thank you to Amigo Baby, a Ventura County–based team of compassionate Speech Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Early Childhood Intervention Specialists, for being part of our first annual Holly Jolly Toy Drive.🎄✨

Their kindness and commitment helped us collect toys that will bring joy to children during some of their toughest moments. We are so thankful for community partners who showed up with open hearts. ♥️
