Visions Endowment Fund of Vandalia VISIONS Endowment Fund was founded to enhance the educational experience of children attending Vandalia Butler City Schools.

For the educational benefit of Vandalia Butler community children. VISIONS Endowment Fund is a non-profit organization that supports expanded learning opportunities for students attending Vandalia-Butler City Schools. Grants are awarded annually to fund unique, creative opportunities that are designed to motivate student learning in grades K through 12. Programs that are typically funded by VISIONS are educational experiences that are not financed by the district’s general fund.

With donor support, VISIONS will grant $20,000 or more each year to teachers for unique programs and projects that have a lasting impact on hundreds of children.

Congrats to some of last year’s VISIONS grant recipients, shown here with Vandalia-Butler Foundation president Jean Moorman Maychack and trustee Greg Atherton.

We’re again looking for creative ideas from teachers in Vandalia-Butler City Schools and will also consider pandemic related funding requests. Grant application deadline: Dec. 15. Last year, we awarded a record $24,000 in grants.
