As we look back on our very first Southwest Gobblers Clay for Conservation Trap Shoot, our hearts are full.

Thank you to everyone who came out, volunteered, sponsored, donated, and cheered us on. Because of you, our first event was filled with laughter, friendly competition, and a community coming together to support conservation.

A special thank you to the Vancouver Trap & Gun Club for hosting us and to their amazing volunteers who helped with scoring and kept the event running so smoothly. Thank you to Joe Pauletto for his incredibly generous firearm donations for our raffle, and to the Woodland Youth Trap Team for joining us and inspiring us with your outstanding talent and sportsmanship.

Congratulations again to all of our winners, and thank you to every single person who helped make our very first trap shoot such a memorable success.

We can’t wait to do it again next year! 🦃💚🎯

Menu set. TriTip steak, chicken pasta dish, roasted vegies and fixins. Dessert dash featuring desserts from Nanis Bakery. Youth fishing package from D's Fishing Spot added, Eagle Lakes Guide Service guided goose hunt for two hunters added, 360 Sportsmans Premium Life Membership Online learning tool added and much more available to bid on during Live Auction, Silent Auction, bucket raffles and games of chance. We gunna have some fun raising funds for habitat improvement projects and youth events. Our grant submittal for habitat improvement project at the McNary Wildlife Refuge was approved last weekend. Planning for that effort is in the works. Come to our event and get involved in this important work to recover from fire damage and to help our wildlife.
