Music on Main | First Friday, December 5
Vancouver’s Downtown Association and the City invite you to join us on the 600 and 700 blocks of Main Street to experience live music, local shopping, and the opening of these newly revitalized blocks.
Music on Main line up:
The Dickens Carolers — Strolling the blocks | 5 to 5:30 p.m.
Hook and Needle — Liz Joy | 5 to 7 p.m.
El Coyote Tacos y Tequila — Introducing the Machine | 5 to 7 p.m.
Dandelion Teahouse & Apothecary — Jeremiah Lehman + live painting by Ana The Artist | 5 to 7:30 p.m.
Bula Kava House — Sherrie Davis | 7 to 8 p.m.
Brewed Cafe & Pub — Sync Up Collective | 7 p.m. to late
Fox Hole — Sync Up Collective | 7 p.m. to late
But that’s not all! Catch more live music up Main, enjoy special events, shop holiday markets, and explore gallery exhibitions throughout downtown.

The annual Doggy Fashion Show & Block Party is this Saturday, October 25th, from 10:30am-3:30pm, at 7th and Main in downtown Vancouver. This is a block party with 17 amazing local vendors offering everything from pet supplies to local art; jewelry to home decor.

And of course all the dogs!

Dogs can signup via the link on Dandelion Teahouse's page.

Humans can show up by 1:00pm to enter the costume contest.

This year's theme is "Dog Prom: Wizard of Oz"

Dogs will make the catwalk dogwalk at 2pm.

Note: This is the re-scheduled event from this summer which was cancelled due to the excessive head advisory.

The October Downtown Stakeholders meeting is Tuesday, Oct 21 at City Hall.
The much anticipated parking update will be presented as well as updates on the Interstate Bridge Project, and the overview of the Downtown Redevelopment Study.
