🎃👻 A LITTLE HALLOWEEN FUN ON THE MAT! 🐾

One of our Matdawgs brought Halloween treats for her teammates the other night, and we think that’s pretty sweet! 🧡

Wrestling is about more than learning takedowns and winning matches. It’s about building friendships, encouraging one another, and becoming part of something bigger than yourself.

We love seeing our wrestlers look out for each other both on and off the mat!

A little team spirit, a little Halloween sweetness, and a whole lot of Matdawg pride! 💚🖤

Happy Halloween from our Matdawg family! 🎃🤼‍♂️

🐾 WEEK 3, DAY 2… TWO NEW TOP DAWGS! 🐾

Tonight’s Top Dawgs earned their recognition by doing something that isn’t always easy — NOT GIVING UP WHEN THINGS GET TOUGH! 💪🤼‍♂️

Wrestling will push you to your limits. It challenges you physically and mentally, and there will be days when you feel like you just can’t do anymore. But growth happens when you keep showing up, keep fighting, and keep pushing through the hard stuff. 🔥

These two athletes showed us what the Matdawg mindset is all about. We’re proud of you! 🏆💚🖤

🏆 Tonight’s Top Dawg Awards are proudly sponsored by Back In Action Spine & Sports Injury Clinic!

A big THANK YOU to Dr. Cameron Mitchell at Back in Action for supporting our wrestlers and helping us celebrate the hard work happening on the mat!

Remember, Matdawgs — it’s not about never struggling. It’s about refusing to quit when you do.

🐾 BE TOUGH. STAY DISCIPLINED. NEVER GIVE UP. THAT’S THE MATDAWG STANDARD!
