The tree removal, debris clean up and labor for the electrical have all been handled! 🙌🥳
This family could use assistance with additional fuel, meals until their power has been restored, and we are looking for a team to replace or repair the brand new play ground that was destroyed.

🚨 WE NEED YOUR HELP — A FAMILY WHO HAS SPENT YEARS HELPING OTHERS NOW NEEDS US. 🚨
James 1:27 calls us to care for those in need — and for years, this family has lived that out. They have opened their home, their lives, and their hearts to children who needed a safe place to land.
Now, this family is the one who needs a safe place.
Because of the nature of what this family does, we cannot share their names or specific details publicly. What I can tell you is that this couple has MANY children in their home, and their home has suffered serious damage that needs to be addressed quickly.
Foster homes are held to very specific state safety standards. This means they cannot simply wait for insurance money or emergency relief funds to eventually arrive. Their electricity cannot be restored by NIPSCO until the necessary tree removal, debris cleanup, and electrical repairs are completed.
In the meantime, they have already spent more than $500 on generator fuel alone — and that expense cannot continue indefinitely.
💔 This is a family who has spent years saying YES when children needed them. Now we're asking our community to say YES to them.
