When I first moved here to California I was in the middle of a custody battle but since my daughter suffers from cerebral palsy, the judge would not let me being her until I had a home and medical for her. So we got my son here first and had everything in ready for her but I got hurt at work in October of 2014 . She had to have surgery on entire spine. (scoliosis) I couldn't make it to that last month, could make it due to my workmans compensation being cut 4 months ago. The grandmother was given custody (guardian)and me custodial parent until I could get her here. The grandmother was only interested in her ssi check plus other money the state pays her. I an waiting on settlement but still have not reach agreement , it could be a month or a year ? We just can't wait that long so my sister decided to run this gofundme/jaylyn to see if we could get legal process started . I have always been a hard worker and able to provide for my family until all this happen at work. I have a huge family both on my mom and dad's side and a grip load of cousins but none bother to lend a hand in time of need , I understand some can and can't, but don't lie about it especially when their posting new trucks, and partying and bragging about how much they have! Some even have their own businesses bro. It's just sad that my own flesh and blood can't even share the gofundme/jaylyn page.
