Belen is growing, which means its infrastructure needs to grow with it.

I’m proud to have secured over a million dollars to rebuild the Belen wastewater treatment facility, and it was great to see it up close this week.

New Mexicans know just how precious water is, and I’m making sure every Belen resident has clean and safe drinking water – and that water systems in every corner of our district have the best and latest technology to ensure safe water processing and clean results.

If you've seen videos of this sort of protest, now VCI is doing one to mark Flag Day and the 250th anniversary of the founding of this nation.

We ask all participants to wear a white shirt - we want to present a unified appearance. We will be spacing people out along the bridge so that drivers have a chance to read our messages. Signs should be half size (approx 15"x30"), white, with 2" black lettering.

While we will have a number of signs available, here's a list of suggested messages for those making their own signs:

CBS News’ firing of Scott Pelley at 60 Minutes is the continuation of a shameful and disturbing trend. Here is his farewell. If you still watch 60 Minutes, don’t. Paramount, owner Larry Ellison and toady News director Bari Weiss, all of whom are more concerned with currying Trump’s favor than journalistic integrity, need to hear our message loud and clear. In the immortal words of Howard Beale in Network— “We’re mad as hell, and we’re not going to take it anymore!”
