We are overjoyed to open this space dedicated to uplifting, empowering, and protecting our youth — especially those who have been overlooked, unheard, or underserved.

💔 Founded by parents who witnessed firsthand the pain of bullying, depression, and cultural isolation, HCE Inc. was born from love and a relentless desire to make sure no child ever feels invisible again.

Our mission is deeply personal and powerfully urgent:

✔️ Prevent bullying and su***de among children and youth
✔️ Provide life-saving survival & anti-bullying services to all underserved youth
✔️ Offer mental health support, crisis response & peer connection
✔️ Celebrate cultural identity, pride, and leadership
✔️ Expand access to education, digital tools, and opportunity
