Kairos PAC

Kairos PAC Kairos PAC is a non-profit supporting our community and school, Kairos Public Schools.

Helping curate the KPSVA learning culture and community by supporting and empowering Parents and School Admin through planning and coordinating Kairos events. PAC Meetings generally occur on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 8:30 AM. Meetings are held on an alternating schedule between the Elm campus and the KISP campus. PAC meetings last about an hour and are a great way to connect with other par

ents as well as learn about school news and developments. Kairos and KISP parents, grandparents, and guardians (feel free to bring younger siblings!) are always welcome to attend PAC meetings.

We’re excited to kick off a new year together and invite all Kairos families to join us this Wednesday morning for the first PAC meeting of the year!

This is a great opportunity to:
📌 Learn more about the events PAC has planned for the year
📌 Get involved and volunteer
📌 Hear important updates from school administration
📌 Share your ideas, feedback, and input
📌 Connect with other Kairos families and help make this a great year for our scholars

A heartfelt thank you to all of our Kairos families from every academy who braved the heat to join us at Journey Downtown for our first fundraiser of the school year! ☀️ 🍕 We were excited to see so many families come together, reconnect with familiar faces, and welcome new ones.

One of the greatest gifts we can give our scholars is a strong, connected community. When families show up, support one another, and invest in our school, it creates an environment where every scholar can thrive. 🌟

We are so grateful to everyone who came out, enjoyed some incredible wood-fired pizza, donated, and helped make the evening such a success. Your support allows PAC to continue creating meaningful experiences and opportunities that enrich the lives of our scholars and strengthen our Kairos community. 🤝

👕 Elm Campus Uniform Swap (Elm)
Bring clean, gently used uniforms your scholar has outgrown and shop our curated selection for “new-to-you” uniforms.
📚 Homeschool Resource Exchange (KISP)
Have educational materials you no longer need? Bring them to share!
• Math manipulatives (counting cubes, clocks, play money, etc.)
• Early reader books and leveled readers
• Flash cards
• Unused or partially used workbooks
• Science experiment kits
• Maps, globes, history resources, and educational posters

🍹 The Library will also be open and available for food and drinks to purchase. Families welcome!

In our PAC Summer Blast series, we’re excited to share an incredible adventure our Gold Key winners enjoyed! The Fletcher and McKenzie families took to the skies after winning a hot air balloon ride, floating above the beautiful Sonoma Valley. ☀️🍇

A special thank you to (Wine Country Balloons) for partnering with us and giving our Kairos community the opportunity to purchase tickets at a discounted rate. Your generosity helped make this very special experience possible while supporting our school community. 🤝

As our summer break begins to heat up, we’re reflecting on the coolest way to finish off the school year!🍦

The Wright Family was the winning bidder of a classroom ice cream party at KPAC’s Gold Key Gala, and Coleton Wright’s 7th grade class got to enjoy the delicious prize! 🍨

Scholars celebrated with ice cream sundaes featuring a variety of flavors and all the crowd-favorite toppings. It was the perfect treat to share with friends on a warm school day and a fun reminder of the impact our Gold Key Gala has on our school community.

We are proud to announce Gabriella Wirth as our final recipient of the 2026 KPAC Alumni Scholarship. Gabriella’s accomplishments extend far beyond the classroom. From her involvement in athletics, student leadership, tutoring, and community service to her dedication as a longtime employee and volunteer, she has consistently demonstrated a commitment to excellence and serving others.

“Our scholarship recipient maintained an exceptional 4.0 GPA throughout all four years of high school while balancing athletics, leadership, employment, and service. This fall, she will attend Biola University, where she plans to major in Mathematics and minor in Pre-Law before continuing on to law school.

Our next KPAC Alumni Scholarship recipient exemplifies the values that define a Kairos Patriot. From earning a 4.0 GPA and achieving the rank of Eagle Scout to leading on campus and in her community, she consistently demonstrated excellence, character, and a commitment to serving others.

“Violet Zadnik maintained an exceptional 4.0 GPA while balancing honors, AP, and college-level coursework. She plans to attend Solano Community College, majoring in Biology, with the goal of contributing meaningfully to both her local community and the world beyond it. Her accomplishments reflect remarkable dedication and leadership. Through Scouting America, she earned the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout through the completion of a community service project. At VCS, she served in student leadership, led as National Honor Society President, and competed as a varsity swim athlete.

Our next scholarship recipient embodies perseverance, resilience, and represents the very best of what it means to be a Kairos Patriot. Through challenges and triumphs alike, Brooke has demonstrated strength of character, a commitment to serving others, and a determination to succeed. 💫

“Our recipient, Brooke Roschen, who will attend Chico State, showed resilience, leadership, and compassion through academics, athletics, service work, and employment. In her essay, she shared how Kairos’ small, tight-knit community supported her after her family lost their home in the LNU Wildfire, reminding us all of the strength found in connection and belonging.” - KPAC President Stephanie Coleman
