🩵⚡️🧡Holly Ballard is a dedicated Coach in competitive girls softball, formerly serving as the Team Manager/Assistant Coach for LTG Carda Madrigal 14U 2030 and 12U 2031. She is also the administrator of the "Bay Area Girls Fast-Pitch Softball" Facebook group, where she actively promotes youth softball. Recently placing 3rd place in PGF Nations for 12U platinum.

With over 8 years of experience coaching multiple sports at all ages, Ballard has truly dedicated her journey to giving back to the sport she loves. From Board member to owning and operating a non-profit softball program, Coach Ballard promotes developing a winning mindset and helps players use their toolkit to further their development.

A Vallejo native, Holly played competitively for San Jose Strikkers Gold, achieving a 4th place finish in the National tournament and earning an ASA All-American award. Holly attended California Polytechnic State University (Cal Poly, SLO) on an athletic scholarship. She played First base for the Mustangs (‘00-’03), where she was recognized with 3 consecutive years of 2nd team All-Big West honors and achieved an NCAA Division 1 record for Toughest to Strike Out.

Coach Ballard holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources; minor in Psychology. She brings 23 years of People/HR career leadership experience. She enjoys coaching players to help build future female leaders. 🧡⚡️🩵
