CCCI represents 18 universities. We are a consortium for higher ed career center professionals. To assist in the professional development of members.

The ISCPA, a dynamic and respected consortium of 22 colleges and universities, is best-known for its premier job fair: CareerFest; the free Online Career Center; collaborative interviewing programs including Fall Interview Day; and promoting high-quality career services designed for students and employers. The Illinois Small College Placement Association was organized in January 1988 by the career

services professionals of 13 Illinois colleges. The purpose of the ISCPA is to provide services which assist its members in achieving the following goals:
To provide and enhance career opportunities for students of member organizations. To assist the colleges, their students and alumni, in understanding and utilizing career opportunities appropriate to their individual needs. To facilitate direct communication among college faculty, administration and professional staff of member institutions, and executive and professional staff of employing organizations. Membership is limited to Illinois, small, private, non-proprietary, four-year liberal arts colleges and universities

There's still time to register for Fall Interview Day! Students and alumni at CCCI member universities can submit their resumes for the opportunity to interview with top employers. Over 40 positions from full-time and part-time to internships are available.

Fall Interview Day returns in person this year! Students and alumni, at CCCI member universities seeking full-time jobs and internships, can submit their resumes on Handshake for the opportunity to be interviewed by premier employers. Registration closes on September 23.

The 2020 CCCI Annual Retreat and Conference was a success! Joined by Dr. Jessica Monu, CCCI members learned about tools to overcome challenges and productivity setbacks—all for the purpose of fostering positive environments that sustain good mental health and well being.

After all, to do well for our students, we must first do well to ourselves.
