Go The Distance

Go The Distance Go the Distance, now in its 28th year, is NEWSChannel 2's Boilermaker training program.

Every year, the Go the Distance committee selects 10 first-time Boilermaker runners to be on the team, and their journeys to the finish line are documented. Go The Distance is a group that trains people to run the Boilermaker 15K Road Race. WKTV and Boilermaker running experts work to train dozens each and every year. 10 new participants are featured each year during NEWSChannel 2 Newscasts.
