I know this isn’t written well but it’s my friend who speaks only a bit of English. She is doing EMT training and having to take time off from her massages to attend class and training. Even $20 would help her. The training she is doing is valuable to the small town of Vilcabamba where she lives in Ecuador.

The best zucchini creation yet.
-Grate whatever squash you want, I used zucchini and patapan.
-add grated cheese
-Parmesan cheese
-salt
-pepper
-spike seasoning
-eggs
-bacon bits
Put olive oil in each cupcake circle, spoon in mixture and bake at 400 about 20 min or till done.
Sorry I didn't measure anything I just did what looked good.

And we are off. This trips goal is to celebrate 25 years of marriage to my wonderful husband and to finalize things to open the birthcenter in Ecuador. Wish us luck. Not on the marriage (though we all need that) but on the legal stuff.

Who are we and what are we. This is a project I have been working on for the last 6 months. After countless trips to Ecuador, lots of lawyers visits, reading and research we are so close to opening our non-profit org. We call ourselves Vine and Branches Life after John 15: 1-6. "I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener. 2 He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes so that it will be even more fruitful. “

In the coming weeks we will have our 508c1a set up and ready for donations. Our first project is a birth center in Ecuador where the c-section rate is 90%. We have teamed up with Casa Bienestar to bring this project forward and make it happen.
