The pack decided to take advantage of the time change and slightly warmer weather to sneak in some early spring fishing.

It was also an excellent opportunity to provide some community service by hauling away 2 big contractor bags of trash in and around the lake.

2024 Pack 12 Busey Woods night hike!

Quite an adventure (for the scouts and local wildlife as well). Lots of deer, cold wind and navigational fun!

Pack 12 dared to tread the Spooky Hollow Trail out at Kickapoo State Park tonight and had a blast.

Shout out to the Kickapoo Karvers for providing the amazing creations that line the trail.

Many thanks to Officer Fink and the whole Urbana Police Department for showing us around the station, the cruiser, and letting us meet with Red (K9).

The kids learned a lot about staying safe and heard first hand about how the officers go about protecting the community on a daily basis.

On Monday evening Officer Fink and K9 Red had a great time hanging out with Urbana Cub Scouts Pack 12 - Urbana for a canine demonstration and tour of the PD.

Monday's during the months of June and July 2023, the Lee Service Center and Robeson Scout Shop will be closed. The list of dates affected are June 5, June 12, June 19, June 26, July 3, July 10, July 17, July 24, and July 31. This helps us to keep costs down for the summer and allow us to put more dollars back into our Scouting program. If you should need assistance on these days you can reach out to the Scout Executive or your District Executives on their cell phones.
