STATE FAIR QUALIFYING PAS SHOW JUNE 6TH
few reminders:
- Ambassador Showmanship will be the first class at 8:30.
- Wash rack is not able to be used
- Stay out of new barn area.
- Enter on Powell Ave. At far east main entrance.
- Exit will be by Powell Ave Beef Barns during flea market hours 8-4
- Flea Market is this weekend so be aware traffic may be heavy
- Old barns can not be used.

OH-QA and goat clinic was well attended today. Thanks to Amber Runkle, chair of goat council clinic committee, for coordinating the event. Thanks to Umbarger Feeds for talking nutrition. And most importantly thank you to familes that came out on a beautiful Sunday afternoon to learn about their projects.

Cooper Titus, a 4-H member from Champaign County, traveled to Greece in late April among 14 other committed 4-H memebers.

While in Thessaloniki, participants were based at the American Farm School, a historic educational institution focused on agriculture, food systems, experiential learning, and leadership development. While on campus, youth engaged in hands-on learning activities, educational tours, and cultural exchange opportunities with Greek students and faculty. Experiences throughout the program connected participants to Greece’s agricultural, food, and cultural systems through visits to local agricultural operations, food and sensory experiences, and discussions focused on sustainability, community, and daily life in Greece.

A highlight of the trip was a visit to the village of Pleteno, where participants connected with a social cooperative of Pomak women, learning about the cultural traditions and crafts of this Muslim minority community in northern Greece.

Congratulations Cooper! We are so proud of you for representing Champaign County!
