Have unwanted or expired medications at home? National Drug Take Back Day provides a safe and convenient way to dispose of prescription medications you no longer need. The event, organized by the DEA, takes place twice a year and helps keep unused medications out of homes while addressing the risks of prescription drug misuse and abuse.

Join SCOA for the annual Southwest Georgia Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 20, at 9 am at the Albany Welcome Center, 112 N Front St. in Albany.

Seniors, advocates, volunteers, and community members are invited to share information, discuss critical issues affecting seniors, and provide valuable feedback about senior services in our region.
