What started as a tiny therapy program in 1979 has grown into the largest and most comprehensive independent nonprofit pediatric therapy program in the state. We provide unsurpassed services for thousands of children with developmental delays and disabilities each year. Then, together with families, we work toward who that child can become. We provide:

As Disability Pride Month comes to a close, we’re reflecting on the importance of creating communities where every child is valued, included, and has the opportunity to thrive💙

This TEDx Talk by Nathaniel Hawley reminds us that disability and neurodiversity are valuable parts of human diversity. When we remove barriers and embrace different ways of thinking, learning, and experiencing the world, we create stronger, more inclusive communities for everyone.

At Children’s Therapy Center, our mission is to maximize the potential of children with disabilities. We believe that every child deserves access, opportunity, and a community where they belong.

To help your family plan ahead, we're sharing our Play & Learn closure dates for the upcoming year.

Please save these dates to your calendar, as there will be no Play & Learn sessions on these days. We hope this gives you plenty of time to plan around holidays and scheduled program closures.

We're so grateful to be part of your family's journey and can't wait to continue learning, playing, and growing together this year. 💙

What if the way we talked about autism changed the way we understood it?

“Children of the stars.”
“In their own time and space.”

These phrases go beyond translation. They reflect the understanding that every child experiences the world in their own way, on their own timeline, with their own strengths.

While April brings awareness, that understanding doesn’t stop there.

At Children’s Therapy Center, we accept, celebrate, and support developmental differences every single day through therapy, family support, and inclusive programs.

This GiveBIG, you can be part of that everyday impact.

A monthly gift of $20 helps create more possibility for children and families who need it most, ensuring they have access to the care, tools, and support they need to thrive. 💙

At On The Rise, we had the opportunity to hear from an incredible group of voices. From our newest board member to professionals dedicated to supporting children with disabilities.

While their experiences and roles may differ, one message came through clearly in every conversation:

Community matters.

Access to resources matters.
Support matters.
And when people come together with intention, real impact happens.

We’re grateful to be surrounded by individuals who are committed to uplifting families and creating stronger, more connected communities.

This is what it looks like when we rise together 💙

Tonight’s the night💙

Moments like these are what On The Rise🎉 is all about! Community, connection, and supporting children and families in meaningful ways.
If you’ve been planning to join us, we can’t wait to see you. And if you’re still deciding, there’s still time to come be part of it.
