What is Extra Help? Medicare’s Extra Help program helps people with limited income and resources ($23,475/year or $31,725/couple in 2025) cover Medicare Part D prescription drug costs. Be careful when answering calls and never give out your banking or Medicare information to someone who calls. Call the at 888-515-6565 if you think you have given personal information to a call spoofer.
