Virtual Training Tomorrow!

Thursday, May 21st at 10:30 am ET

Join us for "Beyond Compliance: Job Descriptions That Actually Matter." This training walks through how to align job descriptions with a mission-driven organization. The goal of this course is to help leaders move from inconsistent and compliance-driven-only documents to a unified, mission-aligned framework. Attendees will learn how to clearly connect every role to organizational purpose, improve employee buy-in, strengthen supervisor conversations, and identify opportunities to redistribute work more effectively. The session will cover the strategy, structure, and rollout of Utah Youth Village's initiative, along with practical tools and examples to immediately improve existing job descriptions. Participants will practice techniques on changing the delivery of their interaction from “robotic" to natural.
