CHESCO Services is hiring an Incident Management Coordinator/Investigator to join our team! This position plays an important role in supporting the quality and integrity of our services by reviewing incidents, coordinating required follow-up, maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and working with programs and leadership to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement. A Bachelor’s Degree in social work, psychology, or a similar field is required. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, professional, and has excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

CHESCO Services is currently accepting applications for a Community Training Home II (CTH II) Coordinator for our P*e Dee Division.

This is a full-time salaried leadership position based at our Administrative Office in Chesterfield, SC. The CTH II Coordinator provides oversight of residential homes throughout the P*e Dee, ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of the individuals we support while supervising House Managers and Direct Support Professionals.

We’re looking for an individual with strong leadership and communication skills who works well as part of a team. A Bachelor’s Degree is required. CHESCO offers a competitive salary along with an excellent benefits package, including State Health Insurance, State Retirement, paid leave, and more.
