❤️ COMMUNITY HEALTH FAIR 2026 – THANK YOU! ❤️

The Salvation Army Worcester would like to extend our sincere gratitude to all the agencies, organizations, volunteers, employees, and community members who participated in our Community Health Fair.

Throughout the event, attendees had access to health and wellness resources, free blood pressure screenings, recovery support services, housing and community assistance information, youth and family programs, summer camp opportunities, food distribution, refreshments, free haircuts, and many other valuable community resources.

This event was made possible through the partnership and collaboration of wonderful organizations, including Open Sky Community Services, Worcester Community Action Council, Everyday Miracles Peer Recovery Center, YMCA of Central Massachusetts, Molina Healthcare, WeCare365 AFC, and many others who are dedicated to serving our community.

More than simply providing services, this event created meaningful connections between agencies and community members, helping individuals and families access resources that can positively impact their lives.

We are grateful to every participant who attended, every volunteer who served with compassion, and every organization that shared its time, expertise, and commitment to helping others.

Together, we continue building a healthier, stronger, and more hopeful community.

Free menstrual care makes a difference for those who rely on our support. Too often, women and girls are forced to go without menstrual care, miss school, use products longer than recommended, or even resort to unsafe alternatives like socks or rags-just to make ends meet. At The Salvation Army and with our partners at Dignity Matters, we believe that no one should have to make these choices.

Period Poverty remains a hidden, but urgent issue in our communities. When most of a woman's income goes to rent, buying proper menstrual care is no longer accessible - but without menstrual care, women can't work and keep their family housed. Your support helps families break that cycle. At The Salvation Army and with our partners at Dignity Matters, we believe that no one should have to make these choices.
