🎀 October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Breast cancer can affect women and men, and early detection can make a meaningful difference. This month is an important reminder to stay informed, know your risk, and talk with your healthcare provider about when breast cancer screening is right for you.

We also recognize those who have been diagnosed, those currently undergoing treatment, survivors, caregivers, and the loved ones who support them. 💗

Take care of yourself—and encourage the people you care about to do the same.

Celebrating 6 Years of PHA Clubhouse 🎉

At PHA Clubhouse, education can happen in many different ways.

Over the past six years, members have worked toward their educational goals, taught and learned new skills like ravioli making and gardening, explored technology together, and gained hands-on experience with things they've never tried before through the Work-Ordered Day.

Our new garden is a great example of that collective learning in action. Members and staff helped build the containers, prepare the soil, plant and care for food, and learn new techniques—including ways to protect the garden from adorable, but very hungry deer!

As we celebrate our 6th anniversary, we're celebrating all the ways we continue to learn, teach, grow, and share what we know with each other. 💙

Celebrating 6 Years of PHA Clubhouse 🎉

For six years, social outings have given our members opportunities to connect, explore our community, try something new, and simply enjoy time together.

From trips to the zoo and afternoons at the bowling alley to catching a movie together, these moments are about more than where we go—they're about the relationships and memories we build along the way.

As we celebrate our 6th anniversary, we're looking back at some of the moments that have helped make PHA Clubhouse a community. 💙

💜 September 21 is World Alzheimer’s Day.

Today is an opportunity to raise awareness about Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia while also recognizing the individuals, families, friends, and caregivers whose lives are affected.

While there is no guaranteed way to prevent Alzheimer’s, caring for our overall health can also help support our brain health. 🧠💜 Swipe through for 8 everyday ways to care for your brain and body.

Teamwork in action at PHA Clubhouse! 🤝
Our Business Unit put collaboration, creativity, and problem-solving to work during our recent Team Building Day. Members worked together to design and build paper towers, testing different ideas and figuring out what worked as a team.
We wrapped up the activity with smoothies and plenty of laughs. Activities like these give us opportunities to practice communication, teamwork, and creative thinking while strengthening our Clubhouse community.
