💜🔑 THE KEYS ARE IN OUR HANDS — TUCSON, WE’RE GROWING! 🔑💜

Today marks another incredible milestone for The Hand of Grace LLC! We officially received the keys to our SECOND Day Center location in Tucson! 💜🎉

This photo represents so much more than a new building or a set of keys. It represents growth, opportunity, purpose, and our continued commitment to the Tucson community.

Every new door we open gives us another opportunity to create a place where individuals feel welcomed, valued, supported, and encouraged to reach their fullest potential.

We are incredibly grateful to the families, members, caregivers, support coordinators, employees, and community partners who continue to trust The Hand of Grace. Your support has allowed us to grow while staying true to the heart of our mission—serving others with compassion, dignity, respect, and GRACE. 💜

We can’t wait to fill this new Day Center with laughter, learning, friendships, independence, accomplishments, and memories.

💜 TEAMWORK, LAUGHTER & A WHOLE LOT OF GRACE! 💜

This weekend reminded me that building a strong team isn’t always about meetings, policies, paperwork, and training. Sometimes it’s about laughing together, encouraging one another, and simply enjoying the people you work beside every day. 💜

From our hilarious Hand of Grace Family Feud 😂👏🏾 to the Marshmallow Tower Challenge, where everybody suddenly became an engineer, architect, and project manager 😂🍝🏗️ — we had such a great time!

But underneath all the laughter was something even more important: TEAMWORK.

The Marshmallow Challenge reminded us that every person brings something different to the table. We had to communicate, listen, problem-solve, trust one another, and sometimes completely change the plan when that tower started leaning! 😂 And honestly, that’s a lot like the work we do every day.

At The Hand of Grace, no one person can do this work alone. Every DSP, team leader, manager, employment specialist, driver, support staff member, and member of leadership plays an important role in our mission. It takes ALL of us. 💜

Watching my team laugh, compete, cheer each other on, and just have FUN together made my heart happy. 🥹💜 They work incredibly hard caring for and supporting the individuals we serve, and they deserved a weekend where they could learn, grow, connect, and enjoy one another.

We may have been competing during Family Feud and trying to build the tallest marshmallow tower 😂… but at the end of the day, we are ONE TEAM with ONE MISSION.

And when we build together, support one another, and lead with GRACE… there’s no limit to how high we can go. 🙌🏾💜

Thank you, Team Hand of Grace, for showing up, participating, laughing, learning, and continuing to pour your hearts into our mission.

The games were fun, the memories were priceless, but the TEAM we are building is what I’m most proud of. 💜

💜✨ A WEEKEND OF GROWTH, GRATITUDE & A LITTLE SOUL TRAIN! ✨💜

As I reflect on our team training this weekend, my heart is truly full.

As the CEO of The Hand of Grace, I know firsthand that the work we do is not always easy. It takes patience, compassion, sacrifice, teamwork, and most importantly — heart. Every day, our staff show up and pour so much of themselves into supporting our members and carrying out the mission of The Hand of Grace.

So this weekend wasn’t just about policies, procedures, leadership, training, and becoming better at what we do. It was also about pouring back into the people who pour so much into others. 💜

I wanted my team to know that I SEE YOU. I see the long days. I see the extra effort. I see the challenges you work through. I see the love you give our members. And I want you to know that you are appreciated more than you may realize.

I’m incredibly grateful for every person who continues to grow with The Hand of Grace. We are building something special, and none of it happens without a team willing to learn, grow, adjust, support one another, and keep moving forward together.

But listen… after all that learning and training, my staff had worked HARD and deserved to have a little FUN! 😂🙌🏾

So how did we end our weekend?

THE SOUL TRAIN LINE, OF COURSE! 😂💃🏾🕺🏾🎶🔥

And apparently I need to check some of these job applications again because a few of my employees forgot to mention that “professional dancer” was one of their qualifications! 😂😂

We laughed. We danced. We celebrated. And for a moment, we simply enjoyed each other.

Those moments matter too. 💜

I’m proud of how far we’ve come, grateful for where we are, and excited about where we’re going.

Tomorrow is the BIG DAY! 💜🎒

I’m so excited for our Back-to-School Giveaway tomorrow! And yes, somehow I ended up as a whole box of crayons 😂🖍️ The things I do for The Hand of Grace!

But seriously, my heart is full. Being able to give 200 children backpacks filled with school supplies and help families prepare for a new school year is truly a blessing. I thank God that He continues to allow The Hand of Grace to be in a position to give back and be a blessing to our community.

This is the part I love. 💜 Seeing the smiles, hearing the laughter, watching families come together and knowing that something we are doing may make someone’s day just a little easier.

So come see us tomorrow! We’re going to have some food, some fun, take plenty of pictures and, most importantly, love on our community!
