Do you have a heart for women, babies, families, and sharing the hope of Jesus? Are you passionate about leading a ministry that makes a lasting impact in our community?

Life’s Options Pregnancy Center is seeking a Christ-centered, mission-driven Executive Director to provide spiritual, strategic, operational, and organizational leadership for the ministry. Working closely with the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will advance the Center’s mission and vision while leading staff and volunteers, strengthening donor and community relationships, overseeing finances and operations, and ensuring that women, children, and families are served with dignity, compassion, hope, and practical support.

🩷 The ideal candidate is a mature Christian leader who demonstrates a deep personal commitment to Jesus Christ and the sanctity of human life, combined with strong leadership, fundraising, organizational, financial, and relationship-building skills. This is a hands-on leadership role well suited to someone comfortable wearing multiple hats and making a meaningful difference in a growing ministry.

This is more than a job, this is a calling placed on your life by Jesus Christ - to be the feet of Jesus, and it’s an opportunity to lead a ministry that changes lives.

Our mission is to walk alongside women and families facing pregnancy decisions, providing a safe, judgment-free place where they can find encouragement, resources, education, and support. Because we believe life is worth celebrating, motherhood is worth supporting, and no one should have to walk this journey alone.

Thanks to the amazing partnership of our local churches and community who raised more than $22,000 to support families in our mountain community. We continue to be humbled and encouraged by your kindness.

Your support through the baby bottle drive, financial gifts, diaper donations, and prayer makes this ministry possible. You are truly the hands and feet of Jesus to the families in our community. Thank you to our partnering churches, in our mountain community, who have been standing for life with us!

As Scripture reminds us, “And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap a harvest, if we do not give up.” Galatians 6:9 Because of you, we continue to see that harvest. We see it in lives touched, families strengthened, and babies welcomed into the world.
