Pack 96 Las Vegas NV Come join the adventure! Pack 96 is located in the Southwest of Las Vegas, NV. we meet off windmill and Durango, but welcome scouts in the surrounding area.

Our Pack loves making memories. We welcome scouts K-5th grade. We meet Mondays 6:30pm-7:30pm.

On our way home from our camping trip, Pack 96 had the incredible opportunity to explore Lehman Caves! It was amazing to see the beautiful formations that have developed over hundreds of years. Our tour guide did a fantastic job explaining how the caves were formed and sharing the history behind them. The scouts were fascinated by every twist and turn of this underground wonder. This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience and a memory we will cherish forever! 🏕️✨🦇🪨

Thank You, Robinson Mine!
On behalf of Pack 96, thank you to Robinson Mine in Ruth, NV for giving our scouts an unforgettable tour and supplying the scouts with P.P.E it's truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
A special thank you to Katie and her team for taking us to Garnet Hill and teaching our scouts about geology, mining, and the incredible work being done at the mine. From the massive beams to the giant two-story rock trucks and three-story shovel trucks, our scouts and parent's were amazed every step of the way.
The scouts had an absolute blast, learned so much, and made memories that will last a lifetime.

What an unforgettable weekend at Cave Lake in Ely! Our Scouts traded screens for sunshine and headed outdoors for an amazing adventure filled with fun, friendship, and exploration.
For two days, Scouts paddled across the lake in canoes, building confidence, teamwork, and a love for the water. We spent our days exploring nature, discovering the beauty of the great outdoors!
The fishing was a huge success—we caught so many fish and created exciting stories that will be shared for years to come! Whether it was casting a line, hiking around the lake, or simply enjoying time around camp, every Scout found a new adventure.
Most importantly, this trip was about more than just activities. It was about creating everlasting memories, building new friendships, strengthening old ones, and sharing experiences that make Scouting so special.
A big thank you to all of our Scouts, families, and leaders who helped make this weekend such a success. We can't wait to see where our next adventure takes us!

🦕👀 I Spy Pack 96 at Dino Safari Weekend!

Our Scouts had a roaring good time joining Packs and Troops from across the Las Vegas Area for a weekend of adventure, learning, and prehistoric fun.

We’re especially proud that our Cubmaster and Assistant Cubmaster helped run the program. They are an absolute treasure to our pack. Your dedication to kiddos is inspiring. Thank you for helping our scouts earn some adventure loops and make new friends along the way!

🌮✨ Taco ‘Bout a Night to Remember! ✨🌮

Pack 96 had an incredible time celebrating our Crossover Fiesta! From the delicious taco and nacho bar to the music, laughter, and sweet treats, the night was full of fun, friendship, and unforgettable memories.

We are so proud of our amazing Cub Scouts as they crossed over to their next ranks. What an amazing accomplishment! Watching their excitement and confidence grow is what Scouting is all about. 💙💛

A huge thank you to all the leaders, families, and volunteers who helped make this night so special. Your support means everything!

And of course… no fiesta is complete without a little piñata or two, great food, and lots of smiles! 🌮🎶

🎣 Pack 96 Goes Fishing! 🐟

Our Cub Scouts had an unforgettable day at Boulder Pond learning how to fish with the help of Abbey from the Nevada Department of Wildlife!

From casting lines to learning about local fish and water safety, our scouts got hands-on experience and built new outdoor skills 🌿🎣

A huge thank you to Abbey and her team for her patience, knowledge, and for making this adventure so much fun for our pack! 🐠💙

Troop 96 and Pack 96 came together for an awesome meetup full of hands-on learning and fun! ⛺🔥

Our Scouts refreshed their tent setup skills, practiced important fire safety, reviewed the six essentials for outdoor adventures, and worked on knot tying like pros. To top off a great night of teamwork and learning, everyone enjoyed delicious s’mores around the fire. 🍫🔥

Pack 96 set sail on an unforgettable adventure aboard the USS Midway! Scouts explored the ship’s decks, Learned so much information about the ship and crew over the 47 year it was on sea and how was ran. We slept in real sailor bunks, and sat and explored the engine room and different kinds of aircrafts. It was a journey of discovery, teamwork, and pride. Pack 96, made some amazing memories.

🚴‍♂️ Bike Safety Night! 🚴‍♀️

Our Cubs had a fun time learning all about bike safety with our guest speaker! He brought his awesome Trek Bicycle for a hands-on demonstration that had everyone excited to learn. (the local e-bike kids stopped to learn something new too.)

Scouts practiced proper helmet fitting, learned basic bike checks, and picked up tips on how to ride safely and confidently. Finishing touch was the amazing scenic loop around Mt. Edge Regional Park to make this meet up even more memorable.

Cubs Cooking Up Food Safety Skills… and Pizza! 🍕

They learned important lessons like kitchen safety and how restaurants prevent cross contamination to keep everyone healthy.

The highlight of the visit was a special pizza creation from Vegas’ very best Vegan Italian restaurant, Tarantino’s.🍕 Everyone had so much fun adding sauce, cheese, and toppings while practicing what they learned.

A big thank you to tarantinosvegan.com for giving our Scouts this hands on experience and helping them learn skills they can use for life.

No pizzas were dropped in the making of this meeting… and only a little extra cheese may have been taste tested! 😄
