By providing the right tools and experience, we help kids program the future. Dreams for Schools (DFS) was founded with the vision to make science, technology, engineering, the arts, and math (STEAM) education approachable and accessible for all. Dreams for Schools advances education equity by bridging gaps in STEAM education, with an emphasis on computer science (CS), by working with a range of community stakeholders from K-12 students, educators, schools, districts, as well as higher education students to provide educational programs that would not otherwise be available to our clients. From September 15–October 15, we’re celebrating by highlighting resources that help students learn about Hispanic culture and share their own stories. ❤️📚

We’re excited to spotlight Engaging Hearts & Minds, who are offering FREE, ready-to-use lessons for TK–8th grade students!

A HUGE thank you to Flame Broiler and the Flame Broiler Foundation for donating bowls to Dreams for Schools today! Your generosity helped us feed all of our new Fall Instructors during their training day.

With full bellies and lots of excitement, our instructors are getting ready to head into classrooms and inspire students through hands-on STEAM education. 🚀

Weekend volunteering = making a BIG impact! 💙✨

A huge thank you to this amazing group for spending their weekend with Dreams for Schools! 🙌 They helped us build project kits, organize materials, and prep supplies for our Sphero Cars program, all work that helps us bring hands-on STEAM experiences to students in our community. 🤖🚗

We truly couldn’t do what we do without our incredible volunteers. We’re so grateful for the groups who show up, pitch in, and help us get STEAM into the hands of more students! 💫

📚✨ Help us stock up on creativity!

Dreams for Schools is teaming up with Child Creativity Lab for a special Materials Drive to collect supplies that help bring hands-on STEAM learning to life! 🧪🤖🔧

From September 14–21, you can drop off needed materials at the Dreams for Schools office between 9 AM–4 PM on weekdays.

Can’t make it to our office? You can still support the drive by shopping our Amazon Wishlist and having items sent directly to us! 🛒💙

Every donation helps give students the tools they need to create, build, experiment, and dream big. 🌟

We had a great time at TLC Charter Registration Day! 🎉 It was wonderful connecting with families, sharing more about our STEAM programs, and getting them excited about hands-on learning.

We’re excited to share that 40 families expressed interest in signing up! 💡🔧🤖
